Y’all get Part 2 today as well, because I didn’t manage to upload anything on Saturday (darn snow storm throwing me off-schedule).
This set includes 8 decor items good enough to eat, or drink:
Tankards 1 & 2, Bread Leftovers, and Grapes
The Grapes are found under Plants. but the rest are under Misc. Decor.
The Bread isn’t recolorable.
The Tankards have fully recolorable variations.
Mushrooms, Fish Bucket, Fish Decor, and Garlic
The Shrooms are found under Wall Art, so you can slide them up and down. More or less non-recolorable
The Fish and Fish Bucket are partners-in-crime to the Skyrim Fishing Set, naturally. The Fish I gave 3 color variations, and with the Fish Bucket only the bucket part has a recolorable variation. Both found under Lawn Ornaments I think.
The Garlic is also under Wall Art and slideable, and fully recolorable.
I like making rows of lavender with Luna’s beautiful plants, and I hide the University harvestable amongst them. My sims wander down the rows picking the herb. When I am world-building, I prefer to play a CC free game. I am a bit addicted to default overrides for making things look better without adding new content. So, here is a default override of the World Adventures lavender. It makes it a lot fuller and more lush. This is lavender at full bloom, with the buds open.
Naturally I had to go totally overboard, so I’ve made five different colors: deep purple, deep lavender, purple, half pink, and pink, each in a choice of resolution (low 512 or high 1024). They don’t look all that different in the pictures, but in my game I noticed a big difference. Choose one color/resolution only. Preview pictures are included to help you choose the color.
And just for kicks, I retextured the University herb plant to make it less leafy and more herbaceous. It isn’t all that brilliant, but it is nice to have a bit of diversity in our harvestable gardens, so I thought I’d share that, too. It will retexture all of the University herbs (not the beans or basil and cinnamon plants). This is included in the lavender download as a separate package:
The deep purple is probably the best match if you are trying to blend it with Luna’s lavender (picture). You can find all of her lavender at her site, here: Luna’s Lavender

Life is peaceful on the shores of the Simediterranean sea, back in the 30’s Porto Estivo was a charming seaside resort until a violent storm swept away the little town .. Porto Estivo is now an empty land, a white canvas where you can fully express your creativity !

Details and requirements
This world is based on Sunset Valley, I tweaked a little the original map to add some new areas : it now has a dense downtown area, a large harbour, a brand new rural/wooden neighborhood and some new beaches to explore ! I did my best to bring a mediterranean atmosphere to the world, I’m satisfied with the look of the shores but I went a little wild with the lavender fields and the forest .. Porto Estivo is an odd mix of mediterranean/tuscanian/italian/provencal elements actually

I also have Late Night | Ambition | Seasons | Town Life stuff installed but I think you’ll be safe with just the ones listed above
Lots :The world has 121 empty lots of various sizes
Spawners :I placed all the spawners shown in Caw (depending on the Ep I have) except the WA ones and the freshwater fishes since the world doesn’t have any pond

TOU : nothing special here, don’t claim this world as your own, don’t try to make money out of it and don’t re-upload it anywhere (unless you did some modifications to the world) ..
Feel free to release a save file or to modify the world in CAW if you want to add/remove things, just give me a little credits when you think it’s appropriate

WORLD DETAILS:
This world is on a tiny map (256×256), It has 5 lots (1 Residential, 4 Community). No Rabbitholes included. Almost all spawners placed (except the WA ones). It includes custom INI files and recolors by me and Gelina’s lightning tweaks. No 3rd party CC!
THEME:
This world is based on Costa Brava in Catalonia. The Name “Sa Pineda” means “The Pine Forest” in the Salat variety of the Catalan language.
USE:
This world has been made for the Midnight Sun Challenge. However you can also use it to take pictures, or whatever you want. You can edit the CAW files too 🙂

Having Monte Vista is important because of the trees and plants that have been used.
When sims swim in shallow water in the diving lot they rise above the water and go back to the normal level once they have left the shallow area. It doesn’t affect playability.

Beautiful Sa Pineda is perfect for a Greco-Roman story, and the pretty lighthouse can easily be deleted to send this world back into timelessness.
